Acsenda School of Management (ASM) and the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of British Columbia and Yukon (CPHR BC & YK) have signed a partnership to facilitate pursuit of the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation by ASM graduates who have completed a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management (BBA-HRM). In recognition of their learning in the BBA-HRM program, the ASM graduates will be awarded national knowledge exam (NKE) passing status by the CPHR BC & YK which means that they will not have to write the National Knowledge Exam (NKE). These graduates will have attained the educational requirements and the enabling competencies to apply human resources functional knowledge and the ability to use critical thinking and analytical processes in a wide range of human resource situations as set out in the competency framework of CPHR BC & YK. These graduates would have earned a cumulative GPA of at least B-.
