1. Download and complete application form.
2. Attach copies of post-secondary transcripts. If you have not completed a minimum of 18 post-secondary credits please attach a copy of your high school transcript.
3. Attach a copy of government issued photo identification.
A $150 application fee is required for each application package. Application fees can be paid by cheque, credit card, or bank draft. Application fee can be paid by cash at the campus.
