With international students from over 20 different countries, ASM is committed to teaching excellence and quality programs that prepare students to work in selected sectors of the global labour market. The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree allows for concentrated areas of business studies including accounting, international business, marketing and human resources management. The Bachelor of Hospitality Management (BHM) degree is uniquely designed to prepare graduates for management careers in the hospitality industry. ASM faculty and staff are committed to an international perspective on learning and individualized attention to supporting student success.
We currently have opportunities for Instructors – Hospitality Management in Acsenda School of Management (ASM). Instructors at ASM are responsible for teaching BHM students the core concepts of Hospitality Management, and ensuring that they are being challenged during the learning process. They are also responsible for the provision of a fun and engaging environment that fosters creativity skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Teaching students the basics of Hospitality Management, and Accommodations Management
- Supporting, encouraging, and inspiring students to further their creativity skills
- Following, and enhancing the existing curriculum at ASM
- Providing and ensuring a fun, interactive, and engaging environment for students to thrive in during the learning process
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualification, skills and experience:
- An academic qualification of Master’s degree, preferably in a Hospitality Management-related major
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in advanced education
- Previous experience in the Hospitality industry, preferably in the hotels
